About
Feng Xia, Esq.
Our founder, Feng Xia, was born in China and earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the United States District Courts of New York.
​
Feng has practiced immigration law exclusively for more than 10 years, with a particular focus on O-1 visas, EB-1 applications, H-1B petitions, and PERM labor certifications. She has successfully guided countless clients through complex immigration processes, combining legal expertise with a deep commitment to client success.

In addition to her practice, Feng is an active member of the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the New York State Bar Association. She has also been honored to serve as a juror on distinguished panels, including the New York University Moot Court and the 2025 Immigration Law Competitions.

Yanyao Zhou, Esq.
Born in China, Yanyao Zhou earned her law degree from Tongji University before pursuing her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Yanyao joined the firm in 2022. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and has also passed the China Legal Professional Qualification Examination, giving her a unique perspective on both U.S. and Chinese legal systems. She specializes in O-1A and O-1B petitions, as well as H-1B cases, providing skilled representation to clients with extraordinary talent and professional ambitions.
